Brad Barton Ball has a diverse work experience in the fields of project management, development, consulting, and landscape architecture. Brad Barton currently works as an Assistant Project Director at Brightview Senior Living, where they support the development and operations teams in managing the construction process. Prior to this, Brad worked at SGA Cos, LLC as a Development Principal and Associate, where they provided financial analysis and coordinated the work of development teams and consultants. Brad Barton also worked as a Consultant at their own firm, offering services to real estate developers and homeowners for property enhancements. Brad has experience in designing and specifying finish materials as a Senior Consultant at Architectural Ceramics, Inc. and providing landscape architecture services at Toole Design Group and JCA Architects, P.C. Brad Barton began their career at Anderson & Associates, Inc., where they oversaw various revitalization, public space, and mixed-use development projects. Brad Barton Ball holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) degree with a minor in Horticulture from Virginia Tech, which they attained from 1998 to 2003. Brad Barton further pursued their education at Georgetown University from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Masters degree in Real Estate Development. Brad has obtained several certifications including LEED Green Associate, which they received from Green Business Certification, Inc. in August 2018. Additionally, they have attained the Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) certification from the Commonwealth of Virginia in May 2005.
