Cala Megan Ervin

Megan Ervin has extensive work experience in the senior living industry. Megan began their career in 2003 at Sunrise Senior Living, where they served as an Activity & Volunteer Coordinator and later as the Assisted Living Coordinator. In these roles, they were responsible for leading resident care teams, recruiting and training staff, and creating an engaged culture for team members, residents, and families.

In 2009, Megan joined Brightview Senior Living, where they held various positions including Resident Services Director, Business Office Manager, Regional Business Operations Manager, and most recently, Human Resources Information System Specialist. As the Resident Services Director, they led and directed the resident service teams to create a safe and engaging living environment for residents, while ensuring exceptional quality and service. In the role of Business Office Manager, they provided clerical, bookkeeping, budgeting, and HR support to the community in accordance with company standards.

Throughout their career, Megan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, operational efficiency, and financial results. Megan has a track record of maintaining high resident satisfaction and associate engagement.

Megan Ervin completed their education from 1999 to 2003 at Ramapo College of New Jersey, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology & Gerontology.
