Craig Newcomb, MBA, CSPO has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Craig started their career at the National Institutes of Health as a Grants Clerk/Task Leader, providing administrative support and conducting grant research. Craig then moved on to Laureate Education, where they held various roles including Associate Project Manager, Project Manager, and Student Support Supervisor, overseeing the development and delivery of online learning courses. After that, Craig worked at Connections Education as a Business Analyst and Development Business Analyst, translating operational needs into software requirements for a learning content management system. Craig then joined Johns Hopkins University as a Senior Business Operations Analyst, contributing to the design and support of development and alumni relations applications. Following that, Craig worked at MJM Innovations as a Project Manager/Implementation Specialist, managing all phases of product development and implementation. Currently, they are employed at Brightview Senior Living as a Project Manager. Additionally, Craig is a Member of the Board of Directors at the Maryland Federation of Art, where they promote connections in the community through art exhibitions.

Craig Newcomb completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication at the University of Cincinnati from 1998 to 2002. Craig then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree from Walden University, which they obtained between 2007 and 2009.
