Kate Early has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kate recently joined Brightview Senior Living in July 2021 as the Business Office Director, where they are responsible for various tasks such as HR liaison, financials, and supporting the director team. Prior to that, from November 2018 to June 2020, they worked at Coram as the Conference and Facilities Manager. In this role, they successfully launched the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre and managed space bookings, event execution, and client service. From September 2014 to June 2018, Kate worked at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in multiple roles. Kate served as the Front Office Manager, where they trained property staff and achieved a high department score. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Housekeeping and Assistant Director of Housekeeping, where they created training programs and achieved excellent department scores. From July 2013 to April 2014, Kate worked at Omni Hotels as an Assistant Front Office Manager and Leader in Development. During this time, they focused on employee and guest satisfaction. Lastly, from June 2010 to June 2012, they were a Front Desk Associate at The Wentworth by the Sea, Marriott Hotel and Spa.
Kate Early obtained a Certificate in Project Management from Cornell University in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management at the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics from 2007 to 2012.
