Michelle Larcey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michelle started their career at MedStar Health, where they worked as a Marketing Specialist, supporting the marketing activities for all four MedStar/Baltimore hospitals. Michelle then got promoted to the role of Marketing Director, Service Line, for Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at Union Memorial Hospital. During this time, they developed and executed marketing plans and leveraged the hospital's association with the Baltimore Ravens to increase awareness.
After their tenure at MedStar Health, Michelle worked as a Hospice Liaison at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care and later at UnitedHealth Group. At both organizations, they consistently ranked among the top representatives and grew patient census through building relationships with referral sources. Michelle also played an active role in educating patients and families about hospice care.
Next, Michelle joined Keswick as the Director of Marketing, where they developed integrated marketing campaigns and significantly increased referrals and admissions. Michelle then moved on to The University of Maryland Medical System as a Marketing & Communications Manager, where they developed comprehensive marketing plans and executed successful digital campaigns.
More recently, Michelle served as the Director of Marketing at Pivot Health Solutions, leading a marketing and communications team and overseeing various marketing initiatives. Currently, they are working as a Community Sales Director at Brightview Senior Living, where they are responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals and building relationships with seniors and their families as well as professional referral sources to increase business referrals.
Michelle Larcey has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Cleveland State University.
