Steve Graziano

Steve Graziano has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Steve started their career in 2002 as the Director of Rehabilitation at RehabCare, where they held the position until 2007. From 2007 to 2011, Steve worked as a Senior Physical Therapist at Sundance Rehabilitation, managing a caseload at multiple facilities and providing skilled services to patients with various diagnoses. In 2011, they joined Encompass Home Health & Hospice as a Community Care Sales Director, responsible for managing sales, client relationships, and clinical operations at multiple locations. Steve was later promoted to Senior Community Care Director/Program Manager, where they directed client relations management, sales, and business development in a 3-state region. Since 2018, Steve has been working at Brightview Senior Living as a Regional Sales Manager, overseeing sales operations and building relationships with key stakeholders. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership skills, managed teams, and consistently achieved sales targets.

Steve Graziano has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Steve also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Physical Therapy from the same university. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) from the American Red Cross.
