Valerie Crackel

Valerie Crackel, CDP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Valerie began their career in 2011 with a marketing and management internship at the Animal Food Bank of the Lehigh Valley. After that, they joined Sunrise Senior Living in 2011 as an Activities Assistant/Life Enrichment Manager and later took on roles as an Activities & Volunteer Coordinator, Sales Assistant, and Associate Director of Sales.

In 2015, Valerie transitioned to Brightview Senior Living, where they held the position of Community Sales Director for nearly seven years. Valerie was recently promoted to the role of Senior Community Sales Director. Throughout their tenure, Valerie has gained valuable experience in sales, marketing, and management in the senior living industry.

Valerie Crackel, CDP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Marketing from Penn State University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Associates degree in Sport Management at Northampton Community College from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Valerie obtained the Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) certification from the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners in July 2019.
