Karyn Dye

Karyn Dye has extensive experience in human resources and real estate, currently serving in the Human Resources department at BrightView Landscapes since March 2019 and as a Real Estate Agent at New Albany Realty since July 2019. Prior to these roles, Karyn held several positions at Bath & Body Works and White Barn from April 2015 to March 2019, including Senior Human Resource Generalist, managing associate relations and compliance across multiple stores in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Karyn's earlier experience at L Brands as an HR Compliance Auditor involved improving inter-departmental reporting efficiency, while a role at Aerotek as a Customer Support Associate focused on payroll processing and compliance for contractors. Karyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from The Ohio State University, earned in 2008.
