Brandon McKenna

Brandon McKenna has over 11 years of work experience. Brandon began their career in 2009 as a Chargeback Investigation Specialist and Revenue Assurance Specialist at Vesta Corporation. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Support Analyst at Sage, where they guided customers to the best possible experience with their software, submitted new and improved existing web development projects, and troubleshot the Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger modules of the Sage 300 software suite. Brandon also received two Sage North America CX Monthly Honors awards. In 2015, they began working as a Chargeback Analyst at Fiserv. In 2019, they moved to TransUnion as a Fraud Analyst. In 2021, they began working at Plastiq as a Risk Operations Analyst and at LegitScript as a Risk Analyst. Currently, they are employed at brightwheel as a Payment Operations Specialist 2, a role they have held since 2022.
