Contessa Hermes

Contessa 'Tess' Hermes currently serves as an Account Executive at brightwheel since September 2024. Previously, Tess held the position of Marketing Manager at Capital Vacations and Travel + Leisure Co. from April 2023 to October 2024 and December 2022 to April 2023, respectively. Prior marketing leadership experience includes serving as Marketing Director at Eminent Strategies Marketing and Marketing Manager at Diamond Resorts® from February 2022 to February 2022 and July 2018 to February 2022, respectively. Earlier roles also involved a blend of operations and management experience, including Retail & Food Service Manager at ARAMARK Higher Education, Nanny in Chicago, and various supervisory positions at Aramark from October 2012 to April 2015. Tess earned a Bachelor's degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from Stephens College and completed training at the Second City Conservatory.
