Med Laura Shoup

Laura Shoup, MEd, is an accomplished educator currently serving as a 4th grade English Teacher at Charles City County Public Schools since November 2022, while also teaching at Petersburg City Public Schools since September 2019. Previous teaching positions include English Language Arts and Social Studies Teacher for 5th grade at Middlesex Elementary School and 6th grade English Language Arts Teacher at Essex County Public Schools, where Laura managed the ELA instruction for sixty students. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Averett University Graduate & Professional Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
