Dominique McCadden

Dominique McCadden has held a variety of roles in the past eight years. In 2021, they began working as a Systems Lead, Customer Success Operations at Brightwheel. Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Specialist, Educator Experience Guide at MyVillage (2019), a Vocational Specialist at Western Montana Mental Health Center (2019), a Counselor at Youth Dynamics of Montana (2018), a Forestry Technician at the U.S. Forest Service (2016) and the National Park Service (2015), and a Field Crew Leader and Corps Member at the Montana Conservation Corps (2014-2013).

Dominique McCadden received a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Montana State University-Bozeman between 2017 and 2018. Dominique is currently enrolled in Sociology, International Affairs, and Environmental Studies at Northeastern University. McCadden also holds certifications in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training from LivingWorks, IPS Supported Employment for Practitioners from ROCKVILLE INSTITUTE: A RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR THE ADVANCEMENT, Mental Health First Aid from National Council for Behavioral Health, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention from Crisis Prevention Institute, Recovery Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R) from Montana AMDD/ Montana State Hospital, and Wilderness First Aid & CPR from Wilderness Medical Associates International.
