Leilani Narciso

Leilani Narciso has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Leilani started their career at Dealogic in 2012, where they worked as a Researcher in Compliance before transitioning to Syndicated Loans Research Associate in the Fixed Income department. In 2014, they joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Analyst, where they eventually became a Senior Analyst. Leilani then moved on to Brightwood Capital in 2016, starting as an Associate and gradually progressing to the role of Senior Associate. Leilani'smost recent position at Brightwood Capital is Vice President, which they have held since February 2022.
