Natalie Hojnacki

Natalie Hojnacki has notable work experience in the finance industry. Natalie is currently working as the Managing Director and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Brightwood Capital since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director and Chief of Staff at Annaly Capital Management for almost nine years from 2013 to 2022. Natalie began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citi from 2011 to 2013. Natalie also gained experience as a Finance Department Assistant at Cameron from 2007 to 2009.

Natalie Hojnacki completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Economics at Lehigh University College of Business from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from the same institution, graduating in 2010. Additionally, Natalie obtained certifications in Series 63 and Series 79 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in July 2011.
