Vice President Customer Success at BrightWork

Scott Footlik has a diverse work experience in project management and customer success. Scott started their career at Sirius Research in 1996 as a Project Manager, where they provided analysis and planning expertise for various projects. Scott also designed and implemented a contract management information system.

In 1998, Scott joined eLabor.com as a Project Manager, where they managed the development and deployment of an Enterprise Project and Resource Management system. Scott led a development team in the design and integration of the system.

In 2002, Scott joined QuantumPM LLC as a Senior Project Manager. Scott managed multiple enterprise project management implementation and consulting engagements for federal agencies and their prime contractors.

In 2007, Scott joined LMR Solutions as a Senior Account Manager and Senior Consultant. Scott continued to manage enterprise project management implementation and consulting engagements for federal agencies and their prime contractors.

Since 2012, Scott has been working at BrightWork in various roles. Scott started as a Customer Success Architect and later became the Director of Customer Success/Customer Success Partner. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Success. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing multiple enterprise project management implementation and consulting engagements for various industries. Scott also focuses on maintaining and expanding the customer base to meet revenue targets for services and upgrades.

Scott Footlik attended the USC Marshall School of Business from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management and Policy Science. Scott then pursued further education at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 1987 to 1990, earning an MBA with a specialization in Operations Management. In addition to their degrees, Scott Footlik obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in March 2011.
