Kayla Freischlag

Kayla Freischlag is a sustainability analyst at Brightworks Sustainability since March 2022, building upon diverse experiences in sustainability and project management. Previous roles include project assistant at Everlight Solar and administrative assistant at Howard Center. Kayla's foundational experiences consist of internships focused on environmental initiatives at the University of Vermont, such as overseeing a green roof project and serving as a building manager at the Dudley H. Davis Center, where responsibilities included maintaining LEED standards and managing a team of 93 student employees. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Ecological Design from the University of Vermont, acquired in 2019.
