Priyanka Padmasundar

Priyanka Padmasundar started their career in 2017 as a Software Engineer at Ericsson, where they worked until May 2018. In August 2019, they joined Microchip Technology Inc. as a Corporate Application Engineer. During their time there, they worked on a project focused on developing a standalone, portable host for Unified Bootloader in PIC devices using CAN and UART interfaces. Priyanka also created a quick start guide for potential customers. In November 2020, they joined Brill Power as an Embedded Software Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Priyanka Padmasundar has a solid education background in the field of technology and engineering. Priyanka obtained their Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Embedded Systems from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Amrita School of Engineering, Bangalore, between 2013 and 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Priyanka has also pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Priyanka obtained certifications in IoT Foundations: Operating Systems Fundamentals from LinkedIn in May 2022, Functional Safety Development from exida in February 2022, and IoT Devices from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in January 2022.

Furthermore, Priyanka expanded their skillset through certifications such as Python Data Structures from Coursera in October 2020 and Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) from Coursera in September 2020. Additionally, they obtained a Communication System certification from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited in December 2015 and a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco in June 2015.
