Jules Kirk has extensive work experience in customer success and product management roles. Currently, they are working as a Product Manager at Brilliance Financial Technology since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Success Team Lead at the same company from February 2021 to October 2022 and as a Customer Success Manager from March 2020 to February 2021.
Before joining Brilliance Financial Technology, Jules worked at DigitalMaas as a Customer Success Manager from July 2019 to January 2020. In this role, they transitioned the customer success team from traditional digital marketing services to a scalable SaaS model by implementing new processes and technologies.
In 2017, Jules joined MyXplor and held various roles within the company. They served as a Customer Success Onboarding Team Lead from July 2018 to March 2019. In this position, they designed and implemented a new product rollout for key enterprise accounts and managed a team responsible for data migration, implementation, training, and account management. Prior to this, Jules worked as a Customer Onboarding Specialist from September 2017 to July 2018. In this role, they developed and executed technical data migration solutions and provided implementation and training for small to medium enterprise businesses.
Jules also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at The Australian National University from June 2017 to October 2017.
Jules Kirk attended The Australian National University from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science degree. During this time, Jules focused their studies on Chemistry and French. Following the completion of their undergraduate studies, Jules continued their education at The Australian National University from 2016 to 2017, pursuing an Honours degree in Chemistry.
