Brooke Talavera

Brooke Talavera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, staff management, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Culture & Engagement Manager at Brilliant Corners since January 2022, Brooke has been instrumental in rapidly expanding the organization’s team, successfully recruiting over 30 new hires within the first 90 days and contributing to the hiring of more than 130 employees in a three-month period.
