Kayana T.

Kayana T. is an accomplished professional with a focus on civic engagement and community advocacy. Currently serving as an External Affairs Associate at Brilliant Corners since November 2023, Kayana previously held the role of Civic Engagement Project Team Lead at A New Way of Life Reentry Project, where leadership involved training a civic engagement team to advocate for housing equality. Kayana has a strong background in organizing justice campaigns, facilitating community participation, and supporting marginalized populations through various roles, including Civic Engagement Organizer, Resident Assistant at the University of California, Merced, and Community Organizer for Power California. Kayana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Merced, earned in December 2022, and has prior experience as a Law Intern and Community Outreach Coordinator.
