Lindsey Horton

Lindsey Horton is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in educational program management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development and Head of Organizational Development at Brilliant Corners since November 2021, Lindsey previously held significant roles at Shanghai Disney Resort as Youth Program Manager and at Disney English as National Academic Product Development Manager, where responsibilities included conducting training needs analysis, developing teacher training programs, and managing multi-location academic teams. With a background in EFL teaching and curriculum development, Lindsey possesses a strong foundation in educational practices, having worked in various capacities to enhance learning outcomes and drive business results across diverse settings. Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Language Studies from The Open University.
