Scott Sylvester

Scott Sylvester is an experienced inventory and operations management professional with a strong background in quality assurance and logistics. Currently serving as the Inventory Control Manager at Brilliant Earth since June 2016, Scott has developed skills in optimizing inventory systems and overseeing physical inventory processes. Previous roles at Brilliant Earth include Quality Assurance Operations Manager and Assistant Manager, where Scott successfully managed product operations, resolved operational escalations, and improved efficiency. Scott began a career in the Transportation Security Administration as an Operations Associate, where compliance and customer interaction were key responsibilities. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University and is currently pursuing a marketing certification through the University of California, Berkeley.
