Steven Giles

Steven Giles has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Steven currently holds the position of Director, Business Systems at Brilliant Earth since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as Senior Manager, Business Systems at the same company from February to August 2023. Before joining Brilliant Earth, Steven worked at FloWater as the Director of Customer Experience/Systems from January to October 2021, and as an Operations Manager from August 2019 to January 2021. Steven also has experience in the events industry, having been the Director of Operations at Colorado Tents & Events from June 2016 to March 2019, and an Operations Manager from September 2013 to June 2016. Earlier in their career, Steven worked in production and operations roles in the music industry, including at the National Repertory Orchestra from June 2011 to August 2013, the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra from August 2009 to May 2013, and the Boston Modern Orchestra Project from September 2007 to May 2013.

Steven Giles attended Berklee College of Music from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Film Scoring.
