Gireeraaj Sharma

Gireeraaj Sharma has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in large Program Management, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management. Gireeraaj has worked at Tata Consultancy Services as an Engagement Manager from April 2004 to March 2015. During this time, they gained a deep understanding of IT global delivery and IT outsourcing, primarily in the Banking & Financial services (BFS) and Telecom domains. Gireeraaj also has experience working in different geographies, including the USA, Europe, and Asia. Gireeraaj has an Executive MBA from a top Business School in London. Prior to their role at Tata Consultancy Services, they worked at Tellabs as a Team Lead from 2001 to 2004. Gireeraaj started their career as a Software Engineer at Hughes Software Systems Limited from December 1998 to December 2000, and at Mindmill Software Limited from January 1997 to December 1998. Currently, Gireeraaj is the Director of Brilliant Infotech Inc. since October 2021. Before this, they were the Founder of CharkhaMart.com, a social enterprise startup that focused on empowering and protecting Indian artisans and craftsmen, from March 2015 to August 2021.

Gireeraaj Sharma completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from MBM University (previously MBM Engineering college, JNV University) in Jodhpur from 1991 to 1995. Gireeraaj then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hult International Business School from 2011 to 2017.
