Ram P has a diverse work experience in the field of IT recruitment. Ram started their career as a Technical Recruiter at AVVAL in 2008, where they identified and analyzed client requirements and sourced suitable candidates. Ram then moved to GenuineIT LLC as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they mentored and trained junior recruiters and sourced profiles for client requirements. Ram P joined Prohires as a Lead Technical Recruiter and trained freshers and juniors in the recruitment life cycle. Ram also supported the team in understanding critical requirements and different skill sets. At Qatalys, Ram P served as a Team Lead and gathered requirements from the Vice President, assigned them to the team, and sourced profiles for direct clients. Ram continued their career as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Focus America, where they handled client accounts and developed good relations with clients for future requirements. Ram P then worked at PSRIT Services as a Senior Technical Recruiter, focusing on state clients and filling various types of job positions. Ram also worked at M3BI LLC as a Senior US IT Technical Recruiter and HR Executive, specializing in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and Data Analytics. Currently, Ram P holds the position of Operations Lead at Brilliant Infotech Inc., where they manage a team of recruiters, handles vendor management, and fulfills various IT requirements.
