Nika Esipov

Nika Shclover has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. In that year, they were a Course Assistant for the Department of Modern Languages at Carnegie Mellon University. Nika also worked on the Festival PR & Research Team at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. In 2016, they were a ML & Research Analyst at Options Group, where they designed, built, and marketed a predictive analytics tool to forecast candidate potential for tenure at a given client's firm. Nika also adapted, developed, and tested several sentiment analysis models for Options Group's proprietary Employee Sentiment Index. In 2017, they became the Chief Of Staff at Token. In 2019, they became Co-Founder at Knight Bus. Currently, they are Creative Strategy and Operations and Chief Of Staff at Brilliant.org.

Nika Shclover started their educational journey by attending Stamford High School. Nika then went on to pursue a degree in Mathematics at Carnegie Mellon University, but dropped out before completing it.
