Luis Roy

Luis Roy has a diverse and extensive work experience. LUIS has held various leadership positions in notable companies throughout their career. LUIS was most recently the Managing Director Global Head of Design at Brillio, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Product Director at Accenture Song from 2022 to 2023, where they were responsible for leading the implementation of digital products and driving innovation for clients. From 2019 to 2022, Luis worked at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as the Executive Vice President, Studio Head - Design and Innovation, where they focused on delivering innovative solutions and experiences for patients and customers. Before that, they served as the Global Group Creative Director at Publicis Sapient from 2017 to 2019, where they collaborated with strategy and business teams to create successful brand strategies and delivered transformative consumer experiences. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Design Director at Landor & Fitch, where they designed customer experiences for large businesses in the South Asian market. Luis also worked as a User Experience Lead at Publicis Singapore in 2015, an Associate Design Director at Landor & Fitch from 2013 to 2015, a UX Director at BYOF Studios in 2014, and a Senior Design Consultant at Dover Design in 2013. LUIS began their career as a Senior Design Consultant at Dalziel and Pow Design Consultants from 2011 to 2012, where they focused on designing digital and physical touchpoints for the flagship brand NEXT.

LUIS ROY received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from La Salle BCN in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from London Metropolitan University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London. LUIS also has additional certifications in Entrepreneurship from La Salle Technova Barcelona and a Certificate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) obtained in 2010.
