Mutturaj Bali

Mutturaj Bali worked at Brillio from January 2013 to the present. Mutturaj held various roles such as Senior Software Development Lead, Senior Lead, Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. In these positions, they were responsible for developing strategies, providing clear instructions to team members, monitoring their participation and training needs, and demonstrating strong communication skills. Mutturaj followed the Agile methodology for projects and acted as a scrum master, overseeing sprint planning, capacity planning, estimation, and ticket assignment. Mutturaj also provided technical assistance and conducted requirement analysis. Prior to Brillio, Mutturaj Bali worked as a Software Engineer at emids from November 2011 to January 2013.

Mutturaj Bali holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Mutturaj has also obtained additional certifications including Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. and AWS Certified Developer – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2021.
