Rana Reda

Rana Reda's work experience begins in 2010 as a Project Coordinator for the Youth Association for Population and Development. Rana later became a Project Manager for the organization. In 2013, they joined Mallika as a Marketing Business Partner, where they were responsible for promotions, managing social media, and conducting market research. Rana then worked as a Marketing Associate and Career Counselor at AM Foundation for Career Development, where their role involved marketing planning, designing educational materials, and translating assessments. Rana then became a Marketing Manager at Smart Careers LLC, where they designed educational programs and facilitated training. In 2018, Rana worked as a Content Engineer/e-Learning Growth Manager and Founder Tracks at Knowledge Officer, creating learning paths and assessments. Rana'smost recent position is at Brimore, where they have held multiple roles including Head of Marketing Communications and Head of Members Engagement and Development. Rana'sresponsibilities at Brimore include building marketing plans, executing marketing activities, and developing training and benefits cycles for members.

Rana Reda's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Alexandria University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 2011. Rana then pursued further education and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Alexandria University in 2017. In 2012 to 2013, Rana attended the National Career Development Association and obtained a degree in Career Development Facilitator, focusing on Career Exploration/Awareness Skills. Additionally, in 2016 to 2018, they attended Coach Training EDU and acquired a degree in Academic Coaching.

Rana has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In January 2018, they completed the course "LeadEd501x: Leading Ambitious Teaching and Learning" from edX. In March 2017, they obtained the certification of "ASSOCIATE CERTIFIED ACADEMIC LIFE COACH" from Coach Training EDU. Finally, in September 2013, they completed the course "Social Psychology" from Coursera.
