Paul Fagan

Paul started as our Staffing Coordinator. He worked to ensure Brimstone had a network of qualified consultants prepared and ready to engage with our clients. He works with the Partners, Managing Directors, senior staff, and administrative teams to support program specifications, planning, and scheduling—often anticipating client needs—to assure resource alignment and availability. In addition, Paul provides logistics and overall project support for some of our client engagements. Paul brings to Brimstone a unique background which has provided him with a variety of valuable skills across management, operations, and training. He was a professional sailor and USCG licensed Captain with 30 years of experience managing cruising and racing yachts. Paul was responsible for overseeing all aspects of ambitious cruising and racing yacht programs which included crew training and management, maintenance, compliance, finances, safety, and delivering an exceptional vessel owner experience. He has also worked as an Instructor with Ocean Navigator Magazine, as well as Course Director and Instructor with Hurricane Island Outward Bound School.
