Amanda (Roodman) Edwards

Amanda (Roodman) Edwards has worked in the recruitment and talent acquisition field since 2008. Amanda began their career as an Account Manager at Insight Global in 2008 and then moved on to become a Coordinator within HR/Recruiting at Clearwire in 2009. In 2010, they joined Amazon as a Recruiting Coordinator G&A Team. In 2012, they joined Sonos, Inc. as a Strategic Sourcing & Recruiting Executive & Leadership Search. During their tenure at Sonos, they also held the roles of Senior Technical Recruiter, Manager Global Candidate Experience, and Executive Search Associate & Coordination. Currently, Amanda works at BRINC as Talent, partnering with the company's CEO and founding team to hire the best talent.

Amanda (Roodman) Edwards began their educational journey in 2003 when they attended Washington State University, though they did not pursue a degree. Amanda then transferred to UC Santa Barbara in 2006 and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Communications.
