Jocelyn Coimbre

Jocelyn Coimbre is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at Mynd since August 2023, Jocelyn manages the recruiting department and collaborates closely with executive leadership. Prior to this, Jocelyn held the position of Director of Recruiting at Convoy Inc from October 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing a talent acquisition team, conducting cross-functional meetings, and developing process improvements. Jocelyn's career also includes significant roles at Lyft and Facebook, where talent acquisition efforts spanned engineering, product management, and various technical positions. Additional experience includes project management roles in marketing and operations across different companies. Jocelyn holds a BA in Sociology: Law & Policy from the University of Washington.
