Mia Svantemann Ramskov

Mia started her career in Management Consulting at resp. PA Consulting Group and PwC Consulting, where she has worked with advising clients across industries and borders with tasks within e.g. change management, knowledge sharing, innovation, CRM and business optimization, strategy and IT implementations.

Most recently, Mia has more than 12 years of experience in marketing and communication, where she has been marketing and communications manager with line management and been a direct sparring partner and advisor to the management of the IT company Ementor, the competence company Mannaz and the technology house DELTA.

As a manager, Mia has been responsible for recruitment to her own business area and has also helped to spot key competencies for others. She is able to spot talents and manages to move under the skin of the candidate and thus gain a real and credible insight.

Mia is a certified coach and during her career as both consultant and manager has worked with recruitment and development of consultants, managers, project managers and specialists based on the individual's personal profile, competence starting point and personal preferences and passion.
