Rares Tudor Buzatu

Rares Tudor Buzatu is a Data Scientist at BRINEL since September 2022, previously holding a similar position at Lummetry.AI from June 2021 to November 2021. Rares worked as a researcher on image processing at the Facultatea de Automatică și Calculatoare, UPB, where contributions focused on improving machine learning methods for medical image registration in collaboration with multiple universities in Romania and Norway. Additionally, Rares served as an assistant in various subjects, including Theory of Automatic Control Systems, Signals and Systems, and Numerical Methods, while also gaining experience as a Software Developer at Thales in the aerospace department. Rares obtained a Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from UPB, alongside prior education at National College "Fratii Buzaesti."
