Inês Marçal is the Head of Talent & Operations Manager at Bring Global. Inês has experience in talent acquisition and operations in various companies such as CGI, Novabase, and Edge Innovation. With a degree in Human Resources Management from the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal, Inês is responsible for managing talent allocations, strategy implementation, recruitment analytics, salary reviews, and performance evaluations in their current role. Inês also works closely with HR and Training teams to standardize and drive processes, as well as manage outsourcing stakeholders and invoices.
