Ira Haizler

Ira Haizler has a diverse range of work experience. Most recently, they served as the Head of Program Management | Product & R&D Ops at Bringg, where they implemented and led the Agile methodology transformation across multiple teams and acted as a main focal point for various cross-functional teams. Prior to that, they worked at Lightico as the Director of Project Management, overseeing software releases and ensuring successful launch of key initiatives. They also served as a Project Manager Team Lead at Lightico. Before Lightico, Ira worked as a PMO (Project Manager Officer) at Qlik Israel, where they prepared and tracked schedules, managed resources and customer requirements, and implemented cross-organizational processes. They also gained experience as a Technology Project Manager at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, managing projects to improve processes and implementing new processes, and as a Process Engineer at ELTA, leading and managing development projects.

Ira Haizler earned a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Engineering with a specialization in Microelectronics from Jerusalem College of Engineering in 2011. Ira then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tel Aviv University between 2017 and 2019.
