Yael Shertzer Glaser

Yael Shertzer Glaser has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience (UX) design and research. Starting in 1998, Yael worked as a Product Graphical Designer and marketing art director at Maximal Innovative Intelligence, where they designed the look and feel of products and collaborated with software engineers to bring the vision to life. From 2003 to 2006, they were a GUI designer at Panorama Software, creating UX deliverables, conducting market and user analysis, and promoting UX best practices across departments.

In 2006, Yael joined enure as a GUI designer, implementing a user-centered design approach and creating various UX deliverables. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a UX designer at my6sense, establishing a user-centered design approach and producing UX deliverables for web and mobile applications.

Yael provided freelance UX/UI design services from 2010 to 2016, offering consulting services to startups, conducting information research, and creating UX designs for mobile and web products. During this time, they also presented lectures on infographics and data visualization at professional conferences.

In 2013, Yael worked as an Information Specialist at The MOFET Institute. Yael then joined Trax Image Recognition in 2016 as a Senior UX Architect, where they led the product development process, conducted UX research, and designed internal management tools.

From 2020 to 2021, Yael served as a Senior UX Expert & UX Researcher at ED&U Studio, leading user experience design for complex physical and digital systems in the defense industry. Yael conducted user research, usability testing, and developed design guidelines.

Currently, Yael is the Head Of User Experience at Bringg, starting in 2021. In this role, they developed a UX vision and roadmap, promoted user-centered design within the organization, streamlined the system to meet user needs, and conducted design review meetings and usability testing.

Yael Shertzer Glaser obtained a degree in Knowledge Management from Bar-Ilan University from 2010 to 2013. Before that, they pursued a field of study in information professional at Open University from 2009 to 2010. Yael also has a degree in design from Holon Institute of Technology, which they completed from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a certification in Gamification from Coursera in 2013.
