Claire Melchert

Claire Melchert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and administrative roles, currently serving as Sr. Operations Lead for Global Design & Development at WeWork since April 2022. In this capacity, Claire focuses on infrastructure rebuilds, assessing team tools and processes, and implementing cross-functional initiatives such as Airtable process tracking.
