Andy Lai

Andy Lai, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andy is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Finance and FP&A at Brinks Home since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Associate Director of Loyalty Finance at Collinson from 2020 to 2023.

From 2017 to 2020, Andy worked at Alliance Data, starting as a Manager in the Strategic Insights Group and later being promoted to a Senior Manager role. Before that, they were a Senior Financial Analyst at MetroPCS from 2010 to 2012. Andy began their career as a Financial Analyst at True Value Company from 2005 to 2007 and later held a similar position at Cars.com from 2007 to 2010.

Throughout their career, Andy has developed a strong background in finance and strategic insights, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Andy Lai, CFA obtained their MBA in Finance & Economics from DePaul Driehaus College of Business in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies, earning a BS in Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in 2004. In 2018, they also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder certification from the CFA Institute.
