Mark Jordan

Mark Jordan, MBA, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Mark served as the Global Vice President of Human Resources at Brink's Inc, where they managed a global network of operations and served customers in over 100 countries. Mark was also the HR Director for Brinks Ireland & EMEA Region, responsible for implementing HR strategies across 9 countries. Additionally, Mark was the Head of Human Resources at Grosvenor Services, overseeing facilities management and security services. Currently, they serve as a Board Member for TriggerHub, an organization dedicated to mental health recovery and support in workplaces and communities.

Mark Jordan, MBA, SHRM-SCP, has an extensive education history. Mark obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ulster University in the years 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Strategic Human Resources from the University of Hull from 2005 to 2006. In their earlier years, Mark Jordan earned their BA (Hons) degree in Business and Human Resources from the University of Hull between 2002 and 2005. In addition to their degrees, they have also obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Lean Sigma Corporation in 2021, Certified Stakeholder Executive Coach from Marshall Goldsmith in 2016, and Senior Certified Professional Certification SHRM-SCP from SHRM in 2015, among others.
