Pam Silveus, CIR has over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Currently, they serve as the Director Talent Acquisition at Brink's Inc, a global leader in cash management and secure logistics. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at companies such as Mr. Cooper and Mouser Electronics. Pam has also worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Korn Ferry and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Sibelco Group & Owen Oil Tools. With a strong background in recruiting, Pam has contributed to the growth and success of multiple organizations throughout their career.

Pam Silveus, CIR holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from LeTourneau University. Pam is also certified as a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) by AIRS, obtained in 2023.
