Rob Hess

Rob Hess has extensive work experience in the legal and human resources fields. Rob started their career as an Associate at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. in 1997 and worked there until 2005. In 2006, they joined Brink's Inc as an Assistant General Counsel and later served as the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Rob is currently working at Brink's Inc as the Vice President Human Resources-Field.

Rob Hess attended the University of Houston Law Center from 1994 to 1997, where they received a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General from The University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 1993. In addition, they obtained certification as a Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2006.
