Jessica Arkley Mhrm

Jessica Arkley MHRM has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Jessica started their career as an Administrator/Accounts at Chester Guildhall in 2010. From there, they worked as a Placement/Recruitment Consultant at Doddleston House in 2012. Jessica then joined Elite National Recruiters as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, where they focused on networking, drafting job vacancies, and attracting business from client companies. In 2015, they became an HR Advisor at Darwin Escapes, where they provided HR support. In 2016, they joined Brio Leisure as an HR Advisor and later became an HR Manager. Currently, they hold the position of People Director at Brio Leisure.

Jessica Arkley MHRM has a diverse education history. Jessica obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History with English Literature from the University of Wales, Cardiff in 2010. In 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Glyndwr University.

Jessica furthered their education by completing a program in Human Resource from Deeside College in 2013, followed by Principles of Leadership and Management from ILM in 2014. In 2016, they achieved a CIPD-level 5 qualification from West Cheshire College.
