Jamie Palma Msol

Jamie Palma MSOL has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. They currently serve as the Owner of Via Coaching, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they held leadership positions at Porter Hills, including Executive Director Home/Community Based Services starting in December 2018 and Director of Home Care starting in November 2016. They also served as the Director of DD Services at Allegan County Mental Health in 2016. Before that, they worked at Hope Network as the Director of Operations for Supports Coordination and Enhanced Health Services from August 2008 to November 2015. Jamie began their professional career as the Director of Psy/Soc Department at Lakeshore Health Care in Chicago, IL, from May 2006 to August 2008.

Jamie Palma MSOL completed a coaching certification program at the Hudson Institute of Coaching, obtaining the certification in August 2023. They earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, Jamie obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sociology from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, MI, between 2005 and 2007.
