Hantze S. has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Hantze has held various roles in different companies. Hantze'smost recent position was as the Head of Engineering at BrioHR starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Fita as a Lead Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer from April 2021 to December 2021. During this time, they led a team and worked closely with multiple programming languages and technologies. Before Fita, Hantze S. was a Senior Software Engineer at Telkomsel from April 2021 to December 2021. Hantze also served as a Technical Advisor at Verihubs from August 2021 to November 2021. In 2020, they worked as the VP of Software Engineering at wagely, where they focused on revamping monolithic services into microservices and improving development agility. Prior to that, they held the positions of Lead Software Engineer and Head of Engineering of Cashfazz at Fazz from August 2018 to May 2020. Hantze has also worked as a System Analyst, Laboratory Supervisor, and Faculty Lecturer at various organizations.

Hantze S. earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BINUS University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. They later pursued a Master's degree in the same field at the same university from 2011 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, Hantze S. obtained a certification from WorldSkills International as an Expert in Web Design and Development in September 2022.
