Mohamad Alhashish

Mohamad Alhashish is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information security and academia. Currently serving as the Sr. Information Security Officer at Briq since September 2019, Mohamad manages the company's entire IT infrastructure and security operations. In addition, Mohamad has taught physics at prestigious institutions such as the United States Naval Academy and Marymount University since 2012. Prior roles include Vice President of Cloud Platform Services at Virtustream and VP of Operations at MasTech, where Mohamad oversaw significant operational management and cloud services. Education includes a PhD and MS in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Maryland and a BS in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Arizona.
