Caroline Radowski

Caroline Radowski serves as the Executive Manager of Mental Health and Wellbeing at Brisbane North PHN, overseeing strategic initiatives in mental health, substance abuse, and community engagement since September 2023. Previously, Caroline held the role of Network Director - Clinical and Practice Excellence at cohealth, focusing on clinical service transformation and governance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional leadership experience includes serving as a Board Director for Unison and Werribee Hospital Foundation, and as Acting CEO for Southern Migrant & Refugee Centre, where responsibilities encompassed strategic direction and service expansion. Caroline's extensive academic background includes multiple certifications in healthcare economics, executive leadership, and a Master’s in Business Administration, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Podiatric Medicine from Queensland University of Technology.
