Bill Waite has extensive culinary experience, serving as the Executive Chef at Brisbane Racing Club since November 2005. Prior to this role, Bill was the Sous Chef at Easts Leagues Club from 1998 to 2005 and held the position of Executive Chef at Brothers Leagues Club from 1990 to 1998. Bill's culinary journey began as an Apprentice Chef at Stockyard Inn Restaurant from 1977 to 1979, followed by positions as Commis Chef at Valentino's Restaurant, Chef De Partie at Hamilton Island, and Sous Chef at Hayman Island, all contributing to a solid foundation in the hospitality industry.
