Niels Van Es

Niels Van Es has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Niels started their career at Welten as a binnendienstmedewerker huis & hypotheek from September 1998 to July 2000. Niels then joined Aegon as a Financieel adviseur from January 2004 to March 2005. After that, they worked at Robeco as a mr vermogensadviseur from March 2005 to an unspecified end date in 2008. Niels then transitioned to a role of sr vermogensadviseur at Robeco from October 2008 to May 2012, where they provided advice to high net worth individuals and took on management responsibilities. Following this, they joined Vitol S.A. as a Treasury Assistant from July 2012 to April 2017. Currently, they are a part of the Brisker Group. Niels started with the role of Credit Controller from November 2017 to January 2019, then moved on to become an assistent financial controller from February 2019 to November 2020. Niels is currently serving as a business controller in the same organization since November 2020.

Niels Van Es began their education at Minkema, where they earned a mavo degree. Following that, they attended Crabeth College, where they studied bank and insurance. Later, Niels pursued a degree in Marketing/Commerciële economie with a specialization in marketing management at Inholland University of Applied Sciences. In 2021, they attended NCOI Opleidingen to focus on their field of study, HBO business controller.
