James Facci

James Facci has a diverse work experience in project management and program management roles. James worked as a Program Manager - Fuels at Bristol Alliance of Companies starting from August 2016. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Project Manager at AECOM from October 2014 to August 2016. From October 2010 to the present day, James has held the position of Senior Project Manager at Project Resources Inc, where they managed projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers, including levee repair, airfield drainage installation, and security fence construction. James was also a Senior Project Manager at CH2M HILL from August 2008 to October 2010, where they managed fuels and construction projects for various contracts. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at Toltest, Inc from February 2003 to August 2008, overseeing various fuels and environmental-related construction projects for government clients. James also has experience as a Program Manager at Ferguson Harbour Inc from June 1992 to November 1998, where they were responsible for assigning response managers and crews for emergency spills and remediation projects.

James Facci attended Ohio University from 1985 to 1989, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
